This program supports members of the organizations that have decided to be moral leaders and make their own "Journey of the Hero" through a philosophy of life that impacts their personal and professional fields.
I learned new ways to continue growing personally. Knowing myself more was a key to strengthen my leadership in a genuine way and from within.

Conscious Business Coaching education mainly for LiFE and TEC program directors.
A new role "life mentors" was created and it is aligned to the new Educational Model Tec21.
These mentors will play a crucial role in the development and training of students, helping them to become beings of trust and inspiration.

I had the opportunity to discover my fears and my attitudes when doing things.

HEROX
EXEMPLARY EXCELLENCE
An integral training program: physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual; it is complementary to university studies for Tec and Tecmilenio students with the greatest potential to generate economic and social value. They will be prepared to be inspiring exemplars of a full and virtuous life, a reflection of the values and moral virtues that encourage their flourishing. The selection process is thorough and exhaustive. The first edition of the program began with the X-Challenge event in August 2019, where 127 students were chosen to participate in the program.
